Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make it right. Our goal is to ensure every customer is happy with the results we deliver.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Performed: If you prepaid for a service that was not completed due to reasons within our control, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Quality Issues: If the cleaning results fall significantly below expectations and we are unable to address the issues through re-cleaning, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
  • Cancellation Before Arrival: If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, any deposit or prepayment will be fully refundable.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Please note that the following circumstances do not qualify for refunds:

  • Pre-existing conditions on carpets or upholstery that were not apparent during initial inspection
  • Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or third-party interference after our service
  • Stains that were not disclosed prior to service and have set in over time
  • Fading or deterioration due to sun exposure, age, or normal wear
  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice when we have already dispatched our technicians

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your name, service date, and reason for the refund request
  • Allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request
  • We will contact you with our decision and any next steps

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Service Re-Cleaning

In many cases, we prefer to address concerns through re-cleaning rather than refunds. If we return to address any issues and you are still not satisfied, we will then process your refund request according to the guidelines above.

Gift Cards and Promotional Services

Gift cards and promotional or discounted services may be subject to different refund terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Generally, these are non-refundable but may be exchangeable for services of equal or lesser value.

No Cash Refunds

All refunds will be processed electronically to the original payment method. We do not provide cash refunds for any services.
